Treon Privacy Policy

Treon Oy (further referenced as “us”, “we” or “our”) operates Treon Webstore (treonstore.com), Treon Knowledgebase (kb.treon.fi) and Treon Website (treon.fi). Treon websites is referring to Treon Webstore, Treon Knowledgebase and Treon Website.

This Privacy Policy will explain our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when using our websites or any other sites, services and offerings. In addition to this, this Privacy Policy is applicable to all Treon operated websites and its online store operations.

The main purpose of the collection of the data is to provide, maintain and develop better services for our customers and to follow the legal obligations of e-commerce. By using the Treon websites, the customer agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Collecting Information

When using the Treon Webstore and services, we collect different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our services and the customer experience. We may ask to provide us certain information, that can be used to identify and/or contact the customer, to be able to improve our customer experience and to complete the order in Treon Webstore. 6. Right of inspection, right to rectify information and other rights

Every customer has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a customer wishes to check the data stored or request a correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the customer to prove the identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).

Every customer also has the right to request the removal of one’s personal data from the register. The registered customers also have rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restrictions on the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. If necessary, the controller may ask the customer to prove the identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
