Treon, a leading IoT solutions company, is exited to announce two key additions to its leadership team as the company begins the next phase of its growth journey.
Tom Nordman joins as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Lassi Koskinen as Chief Financial Officer. Together, they will further strengthen Treon’s commercial and financial operations, reinforcing the company’s position as a global leader in IoT and driving continued growth and impact worldwide.
Tom brings extensive international experience from Silicon Labs, where he held global business, marketing, and product leadership roles and served as Country Manager in Finland. He co-founded Bluegiga Technologies in 2001, which grew to serve more than 3,000 customers before being acquired by Silicon Labs in 2015.
Tom’s appointment strengthens Treon’s global sales and marketing leadership. He will work closely with Juhani Kallio, Senior Executive, Strategic Sales, and Samah Zain, Head of Growth, to build on the strong foundation already in place.

Lassi joins from Cloudpermit, a SaaS company acquired by The Riverside Company in 2024. He previously served as VP of Finance at M-Files, scaling revenue from €20M to €70M through a SaaS transformation and multiple funding rounds. With deep experience in building scalable business models, Lassi will play a key role in strengthening Treon’s evolving commercial strategy. His strong background in financing and capital strategy will also support Treon in securing future funds to accelerate growth.
In addition to his recent roles, Lassi brings over 14 years of experience at Nokia Corporation, where he worked across several business units. This background provides broad financial and operational expertise to support Treon’s rapid scaling.
